Valley View Medical Center welcomes family nurse practitioner Tracy Osborne

FORT MOHAVE – Valley View Medical Center (VVMC) has announced the addition of Tracy Osborne, FNP, to its growing team of healthcare providers. Osborne brings over two decades of experience and specialized expertise in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine to serve patients throughout the tri-state area.

Osborne joins Valley View Medical Center from St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson, Wyoming, where she served as an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner. Her impressive career includes over a decade of experience as a provider, where she developed strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and evidence-based clinical practices.

“We are excited to welcome Tracy Osborne to our medical team,” said Blake Hubbard, CEO of Valley View Medical Center. “Her extensive background in urgent care, emergency medicine, and comprehensive family practice makes her an invaluable addition to our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare to our community.”

Osborne’s connection to Valley View Medical Center runs deep. From 2013 to 2020, she served as a Nurse Practitioner at Valley View clinics and worked in the ER, where she became the Director of Emergency Services.

Prior to her time at VVMC, Osborne held leadership positions, including Assistant Director of Emergency Services at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. Her clinical experience also includes working as a Registered Nurse in ICU/CV-ICU settings and as an Adjunct Faculty/Leadership Clinical Instructor at Idaho State University.

Osborne holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Massachusetts Boston (2012), a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Idaho State University (2009), and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University (1997). She maintains active Advanced Practice Nurse licenses in Wyoming, Idaho, and Arizona, and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Osborne specializes in complex patient assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans, as well as preventative medicine. She is proficient in managing acute and chronic conditions while ensuring optimal patient outcomes across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Osborne is now accepting new patients at Valley View Primary and Walk-In Care, located at 5300 S. Highway 95, Suite A, Fort Mohave, AZ 86426. To schedule an appointment, call 928.788.1911.
