LAKE HAVASU — A mandatory prison plea agreement has been entered in a Lake Havasu City child sex offense case. Antione Bulloch, 21, is convicted of counts reduced to attempted kidnapping and attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

Deputy Mohave County attorney Leah Nelson said the victim was 10 or 11-years-old and a fourth grader when Bulloch used shoe strings to bind and secure her, before engaging in sexual activity about five years ago. She said Bulloch was 16- years-old at the time.

Nelson said Bulloch admitted the offenses during investigation begun earlier this year. Terms of the deal require five years in prison followed by probation, possibly for life.

Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle scheduled an August 15 sentencing hearing.

Bulloch’s father is charged with alleged offenses involving the same victim. Clark Bulloch, 45, is charged with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Trial for the elder Bulloch is set to begin August 19 before Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen.
