Fundraiser slated for local missionary

KINGMAN – Carin Laughrey and Arizona Furniture will be hosting a fundraising event for local missionary Dianne Smith on Sunday, Sept. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Kingman Arizona Furniture Warehouse, 3857 E. Andy Devine Ave. Smith has recently returned to the U.S. from the Mission Fields of Cambodia. She will be available during the fundraiser to talk about her journey in the midst of diverse cultures in Phnom Penh, while standing for justice in the fight to abolish human trafficking. Light refreshments will be served. There will be a raffle for a new recliner.
