Billy Jack Rogers, of Kingman, died Thursday, December 12, 2024. He was 67. Mr. Rogers was born Sept. 7, 1957 in Hawthorne, Calif. The family contact is David Alan Sprowson. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
