Veterans Day display hosted by National Bank of Arizona

KINGMAN – This year another wonderful military history display has invaded the lobby of National Bank of Arizona. The Museum of the Great Wars has set up a collection of uniforms and artifacts spanning almost 100 years of military history.

The oldest piece on display is a U.S. Army uniform from the Spanish American war. In between are three uniforms from the First World War and 10 from the Second World War. Rounding it out is a F-100 Super Saber pilot uniform from Vietnam as well as a Vietnam-era helicopter pilot helmet. The uniforms are supplanted with photographs and shadow boxes from numerous veterans.

The display will run through the month and is open during normal banking hours. The Museum of the Great Wars is currently working on raising funds to build a permanent structure on their commercial lot. For more information please visit the website at greatwarsmuseum.org.
