Portal available for LHC business licensing, permitting

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is proud to announce the launch of a new online portal that offers local businesses, contractors, and residents a more efficient, user-friendly software solution to manage their applications, renewals, permits, and compliance measures, providing greater convenience and accessibility with business licensing and permitting processes.

This Friday, November 1, established customers may receive an email regarding the status of their business license or permit that will direct them to register as a user on the new Citizen Portal.

Additionally, on November 1, customers can register on the Citizen Portal for business licensing and permitting needs at the following link https://h2.maintstar.co/lakehavasu/Portal/#/ This portal offers users an easy step-by-step guide through the registration process.

City Manager Jess Knudson is appreciative of the staff’s work that went into this project with the new software solution, MaintStar, and highlights the significance of streamlining processes, “We are excited to support our businesses, contractors, and residents with a tool tailored to meet the needs of our thriving community and enhance efficiencies in our daily interactions with planning and permitting, special event permitting, and business licensing transactions.”
