LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City has announced it received approval from the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide ambulance transport services, effective immediately. In a groundbreaking partnership, the Lake Havasu City Fire Department will collaborate with River Medical as the City’s exclusive ambulance provider, ensuring residents and visitors have access to high-quality emergency medical services.
This approval represents a significant milestone for the Lake Havasu City Fire Department and River Medical, who are joining forces to enhance emergency medical response capabilities and elevate the standard of care in Lake Havasu City. Fire Chief Peter J. Pilafas expressed his excitement about the new ambulance transport service, stating, “We are thrilled to launch our ambulance transport service in partnership with River Medical.
