Burro BBQ brings the city out

Hundreds of guests showed up for the 73rd Annual Burro BBQ hosted last Saturday in Rotary Park. Guests enjoyed a massive BBQ feast provided by the many sponsored who participated this year including Swanty’s Dodge/Jeep. Anderson Ford, Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Tire Pros, and Smart and Final among many. smart and Final actually donated a great deal of the food and even had local employees on hand serving up the BBQ all day long.

BULLHEAD CITY – The 73rd Annual Burro BBQ went off like clockwork last weekend with hundreds of guests attending the annual event that helps kick off the summer season. The event saw massive crowds Saturday as the pavilion in Rotary Park was packed with food aficionados who came out to sample this year’s offerings. 

The Bullhead City Rotary Club presented the event once again this year with sponsorship from around the Tri-State including DOT Foods, Los Matadores, Western Arizona Medical Center, Tire Pros, Anderson Ford, Swanty’s Dodge/Jeep, Smart and Final and many more.

There were water slides for kids to romp on, performances by Kid and Nic, a rifle twirling display by the Mohave JROTC cadets, The River Valley Cheerleaders, The Desert Star Academy Spartan Choir, and a multitude of booths hosted by local vendors offering the public a plethora of goods and services while Bullhead’s favorite DJ-Loke kept the tunes flowing throughout the day.
