Oktoberfest brews discussed at Rotary

At Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club’s March 22 meeting’s Jesh Liewer of Black Bridge Brewery (shown with Rotarian Becky Fawson) addressed the club on the process of how to brew beer. Jesh explained that the hops are the differentiator in the flavors of beer. The process takes weeks and sugar is added to carbonate or strengthen the beer. Jesh explained the differences between pilsners, IPAs, pales, stouts, and porters. As per tradition, Black Bridge Brewery will be brewing Oktoberfest beer for Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club’s Oktoberfest this fall.
