Hooked on Classics brings Bach, Beethoven

KINGMAN – The Kingman Concert Band is digging deep into its archives to put on their next free concert, Hooked on Classics, at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 24, hosted by Journey Church, 3782 N. Bank Street. Volunteer members of the community band will present a variety of classical music featuring melodies from Bach, Beethoven & the boys while placing a twist on some of the standard classics. French Horn soloist John Holden will be showcased in his rendition of Mozart’s “Concert Rondo in Eb”. The performance is free and open to the public.

Help The Musical Beat Go On: Please consider supporting the Kingman Concert Band’s plight to bring free musical performances to the community by dining at Kingman’s Panda Express from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 4, (flier required), choosing the Kingman Concert Band as your preferred Smith’s Rewards Card charity through the Smith’s Food & Drug Inspire Donation Program website, contributing items from the organization’s Amazon Wish List, or becoming a KCB Donor.
