Open letter to Valle Vista residents

Dear Valle Vista property owners and renters,

As a property owner in Valle Vista you should have read the governing documents and passed along to your renters copies for them to read and follow.

If a renter is not abiding by these governing documents the compliance committee can and will take action against the property owner. It would be prudent for property owners to advise their renters to comply with these regulations. And remember – No businesses allowed!

Property owners should be reporting to the VVPOA office and registering their property as a rental. Information to be provided would include the address, renters name and contact information. Mohave County also requires rental properties to be registered under ARS 42-12004.

Thank you property owners and renters for your cooperation. Let’s all help make Valle Vista a better community.
