39th Annual Winterfest this weekend in LHC

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The holidays of winter have officially ended but the Lake Havasu community will continue to celebrate the season at this weekend’s 39th Annual Winterfest.
Organizers of the yearly event are the Chamber of Commerce who brings the free festival to the community in support of local businesses, education, leadership, and entrepreneurs. This year’s event will for sure not disappoint crowds featuring over two hundred vendors such as restaurants and retailers.
There will be plenty of activities for the entire family with activities like the kid zone and beer garden provided by Yard City. Attendees can explore Havasu businesses like Circle Honey Bee Rescue who raise their bees in Havasu Heights and sell unique bee related merchandise.
It’s not all about gallons of honey and honeybee pollen items as the bee experts also carry other items such as custom anklets, beef jerky, honey candy, and many other products all things related to bees. Enjoy the outdoor decorative pieces from Nola Flames, giving potential customers a chance to add a cozy atmosphere to their backyards and patios.
One of the most popular Lake Havasu events of the year would be complete without live music. This year’s festivities will welcome the music from Undercover providing southern rock, classic, and alternative tunes at the opening ceremony of the annual launch day.
Audiences can enjoy classic rock tunes performed by local band, Roadwork the following day. This year’s 39th Annual Winterfest will be taking place on Saturday, February 1 and Sunday, February 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at McCulloch’s downtown district.
Don’t miss out on a weekend filled with shopping, food, drink, music and a chance to show your support for many of Lake Havasu’s local businesses.
