Third Annual Tomato Quest to be held at Locomotive Park

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Cooperative Extension Office will hold a Tomato Quest harvest festival in downtown Kingman. The event will be Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Locomotive Park, 310 W. Beale St.

The community is invited to attend the festival with will include locally grown tomatoes and information on growing them. There will be contests, giveaways, local vendors, and kids’ games to make an afternoon the entire family can enjoy.

There will be a best tasting tomato contest, best cultivar contest, and people’s choice award as well as live entertainment, food trucks and a salsa recipe contest.
