Attorney General Mayes won a court order Monday morning, November 10, which temporarily blocks the Trump administration from reversing the disbursement of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits and punish states that release them.
LAKE HAVASU CITY – Did you know that your supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefits can be used at Lake Havasu’s Farmer’s Market? The Lake Havasu Farmer’s Market is a nonprofit by way of Havasu Together.
March of this year is when the nonprofit began accepting SNAP payments at our local farmer’s market. The choice worked out well since in the previous month, the farmer’s market started accepting the Double Up Food Bucks program.
