WACOG hosts play day for seniors
LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG), hosted a Reach Out and Play event last week with the seniors of our community. WACOG is a charitable organization dedicated to empowering communities through their various programs. Reach Out and Play day took place on Wednesday. Sept. 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Mount Olive Lutheran Church’s Memory Cafe.
WACOG’s programs provide assistance for children, healthcare, housing support, and senior outreach.
‘Reach Out’ facility to break ground Tuesday, Sept. 24
KINGMAN – The groundbreaking ceremony for Mohave County’s new “Reach Out” facility will take place on Tuesday, September 24, at 10 a.m. at N501 W Highway #66.
