Angel George Ortiz, of White Hills, died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023. He was 71. Mr. Ortiz was born May 2, 1952 in Mexico City, Mexico. The family contact is his daughter Mistee Monique Lopez. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
TOPOCK – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a runaway teen. Justice Christine Bowers is 17 years old, 5’ 2” and approximately 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen on Monday, Nov. 18, at her home in Topock, and allegedly left in the middle of the night. Justice could potentially be travelling with Joseph Gonzalez, her boyfriend who lives in Mesa, but this information has not been confirmed.
