GOLDEN VALLEY – Golden Valley will hold its first ever Golden Valley Poppy Days Celebration on Friday and Saturday, May 3 and 4. The event will be held at the American Legion Post #22, 3435 N. Verde Rd. Hours are Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. There will be vendors, activities and a side by side parade. For information contact Mystie Griffith at 928-727-6745.
