London Bridge repaving discussed at LHC council

LAKE HAVASU CITY – It was a long night for Lake Havasu City Council members and residents at last week’s meeting.  The topic that extended the discussion to two and a half hours, was fueled by the city being unsure on the approval of a fourteen acre idea that was re-proposed to board members for the 1850 Bahama Avenue address. 

Co-working space firm Studio KDA would like to build a resort with five different four story residential buildings.

LHC code changes for backyard fowls

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The gathering of burros occurred on August 5 with BLM successfully gathering 94 burros to ensure public safety. However, the animals are still on Highway 95, especially at night. 

Lake Havasu City board members caution the community to stay alert while on the highway in the evenings. City council approved two separate code changes to expand the density limit for the various residential zones for families along with the height limit of the Southgate district.
