KINGMAN – Construction for the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project will begin at the intersection of S. Second St. and Andy Devine Ave. on Tuesday, March 3. A full street closure of S. Second St. will be required for construction operations between Topeka St. and Andy Devine Ave. S. Fourth St. and Andy Devine Ave. will be reopened to traffic before S. Second St. is closed. S. Second St. is anticipated to be closed for approximately two weeks.
