MOHAVE COUNTY – The Bureau of Land Management reports 100% containment of a wildfire that scorched 77 acres in extreme north Mohave County, just south of the Utah border near Interstate 15. The Black Fire was first spotted at midmorning Wednesday, May 8. Four engines, one water tender and a Type 3 helicopter worked the incident. Crews continue patrolling the fire, mopping up any hotspots. Dave Hawkins
