A great turnout at the Residential Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

BULLHEAD CITY – On Saturday, November 2, the Bullhead Fire Department partnered with Mohave County Environmental Quality holding the Residential Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day. The event is held bi-annually in the fall and spring, offering residents a safe way to dispose of unwanted household hazardous materials from their homes. A total of 267 vehicles went through the line at Saturday’s event, dropping off items such as old paint, used motor oil, old gasoline, batteries, and old tires.
