That’s the minimum sentence possible for Kevin Proulx, a white supremacist who pleaded guilty September 24 to second degree murder in the Aug., 2019 death of Bette Jean Vaughn, 74. Proulx, 45, could also get up to 25 years in prison when sentenced Oct. 29 by Judge Doug Camacho.
