Dear Editor, I’ll be testifying on Mar. 16 before the Arizona Senate Natural Resources, Energy, and Water Committee in strong support of HB2389: S/E River Water Transfer (Dunn), which prohibits huge hedge funds back East and elsewhere from further commoditization of Colorado River communities’s water to sell to the highest bidder in Central Arizona.
