KINGMAN – Multiple sex offense convictions and tough Arizona sentencing law results in mammoth punishment for a Kingman man. Alexander Vaughan, 28, was given four consecutive life terms plus 60 more years in prison during a Jan. 2 sentencing hearing at the Mohave County Law and Justice Center in Kingman. Judge Doug Camacho also ordered Vaughan to comply with convicted sex offender registration protocols. And Vaughan is prohibited from contacting two case victims.
