KINGMAN – A municipal mask mandate that has since expired motivated the first recall drive that James Coffman launched on Sept. 14 in an effort to push Kingman Mayor Jen Miles and four Kingman City council members out of office. A second recall drive targeting Miles and council member Jamie Scott Stehly was initiated on Oct. 19.
Stanley Hicks argues both should be subjected to recall election for their positions on various sales tax and budget related matters. Hicks is also critical of their support for a proposed ban on circus events in the city.
Deputy City Clerk Melinda Mauser said 1,384 valid signatures must be gathered to force a Miles recall, while the number is 1,438 for Stehly. Hicks has until Feb. 16 to submit the recall petitions.

I saw Jen wear a purple shirt one day. I say recall her for that. Now maybe Jamie needs to be recalled for being a syncopate to the former vice mayor. Thats legitimate.
