Project 2025 is a document of 887 pages written by the Heritage Foundation, which includes a blueprint for systematic reform of the current federal system of government, in favor of a smaller federal government. It calls for a policy of authoritarianism to include a future of a Christian-led theocracy. It shifts many responsibilities to state government, with supreme powers to the executive branch to carry out these reforms, defying the system established by the U.S. Constitution of checks and balances.
President Trump is carrying out Project 2025’s extreme agenda. It is the Republican party’s platform to implement this unimaginable agenda to supplant America’s democracy with a focus on rewriting rules to be aligned with Christian values and ideals. Trump is a flip-flopping wrecking ball with the pretense of reducing the national debt under Elon Musk and DOGE, including Trump’s obsessive tariff policy. Project 2025 also plans to stop all environmental protection and ignore climate change.
Project 2025 is for cutting taxes to the wealthy and corporations that will add to the national debt up to four trillion dollars. A trillion is a thousand billion. Project 2025 has a goal of sealing America’s border and criminalizing all asylum seekers, and the immigrants will be put in mass detention camps and millions will be deported.
Project 2025 will go even further to call for the use of the military to assist the FBI and domestic law enforcement to clamp down on groups who dissent with the President’s agenda, using the excuse of fighting domestic terrorism. This is to advance autocracy and Christian theocracy, something never imagined in U.S. history.
