A Mohave County judge has broad discretion in pondering punishment for a Lake Havasu City man who fled the scene after his vehicle struck and injured a motorcyclist on May 6. Robert Bergman, 36, could simply be placed on probation or he could be ordered to spend up to 7.5 years in prison. BULLHEAD CITY – A stolen vehicle investigation has led to the arrest of a Tucson couple in Bullhead City. Police Department spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said a stolen vehicle alert from OnStar led officers to the 2000 block of Swan Circle at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23. “The people who had the keys to the parked stolen vehicle were staying in a shed at this location,” Fromelt said.
