No injuries in business fire

LAKE HAVASU CITY – No one was hurt in a Dec. 4 commercial structure fire in Lake Havasu City. Fire department personnel responded at 8:30 a.m. to the business in the 1900 block of Mesquite, Ave.

“An employee discharged a fire extinguisher in the attic space prior to the fire department’s arrival,” a news release stated. “All employees safely evacuated and were unharmed.”

The Fire Department said it took 35 minutes for crews to bring the fire under control. It’s cause was initially undetermined.
