The citizens of Mohave County can expect the following road maintenance activity during the week of July 13:
Arizona Strip: Road grading on Mt. Trumbull Loop.
Kingman: Road grading on 1) Quail Run Rd., 2) Jackrabbit Dr. and 3) Cottontail Trl. Crews will be crack sealing on 1) Cedar Ridge Rd. and 2) Cedar Ridge Ln. They will be repairing the right of way, repairing pot holes and mowing road shoulders in the Butler area.
Hackberry: Road grading on Hackberry Rd. from Hwy. 66 south.
Wikieup: Road grading on Bogles Ranch Rd.
Yucca: Road grading on 1) Alamo Rd. from Mile 18 to Mile 38, 2) Whispering Winds Dr. and 3) Knox Dr.
Hualapai Mtn. Area: Road grading on Blake Ranch Rd.
Golden Valley: Road grading on S: 1) Aquarius Dr. from Oatman Hwy. to Centennial Rd. and 2) Centennial Rd. from Oatman Hwy. to Ramon Dr. SE: 1) Hunt Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Shipp Dr., 2) Houck Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Collins Dr. and 3) Horn Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Shipp Dr. SW: 1) Dragoon Rd. from Shinarump Dr. to Tapeats Dr., 2) Drake from Shinarump Dr. to Unkar Dr. and 3) Dugas Rd. from Shinarump Dr. to Tapeats Dr. NE: 1) Cross Ranch Rd. from Chino Rd. to Hwy. 93, 2) Kelvin Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr. and 3) Kayenta Rd. from Chino Dr. to end of maintenance. Chloride: Road grading on 1) Schuylkill Ave. from Second St. to Fourth St., 2) Fourth St. from Bullion Ave. to Emerson Ave. and 3) Sixth St. from Tennessee Ave. to Emerson Ave.
Dolan Springs: Road grading on 1) Edgemont Rd. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Seventh St., 2) Seventh St. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Inglewood Rd. and 3) Inglewood Rd. from Seventh St. to Fifth St.
Meadview: Road grading on 1) Antares Rd. from Mile 30 to Pierce Ferry Rd., 2) Charles Dr. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Bullhead Rd. and 3) Glen Rd. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Sandy Point Dr.
Mohave Valley: Road grading in the Mountain View Ranches area. Repairing pot holes in the Bermuda Dunes area. Clearing drivers’ line of sight 1) on Joy Ln., 2) in the Willow Valley Estates area and 3) in the Agua View Estates area. Mowing road shoulders in the Perry Acres area. Pulling road shoulders on Courtwright Rd. Also, they will be street sweeping 1) in the Golden Shores area of Topock and 2) in the Sun Valley Estates area of Ft. Mohave.
Heavy Road Maintenance Projects:
Pierce Ferry Rd. Widening — July 2020 through November 2020 — Paving eastbound widened section and non-motorized trail to Mt. Tipton School.
Vanderslice Rd. / From the MCSO substation for one mile north (North of reservation Rd.) — June 8 through July 21 — CEMEX: One mile of concrete pavement
El Rodeo Rd. / Hwy 95 to Mountain View Rd. and Mountain View Rd. / El Rodeo Rd. to Joy Ln. — Late August — Cactus Asphalt: Placing rubberized chip sealing.
