Marine Corps League fundraiser shotgun winner

Kingman Marine Corps League Commandant Terry Flanagan (center) held the drawing for a Beretta Outlander shotgun at Murphy’ s Gun Show on Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Mohave County Fairgrounds.

Assisting in drawing the winning ticket were  Ann Marie Ward (right) and Combat Veterans MC Association President Bob “Panhead” Farmer (left).The winner was Shawn Aafedt. Shawn is the father of one of a Kingman Young Marine. Should the name sound familiar it is because Shawn’s father won the AR that was raffled off last year. The next raffle will be a pistol; can they make it three for three in 2020?

The Kingman Marine Corps League supports the Kingman Young Marines and also the statewide Marines Helping Marines and Marine for Life Programs.

The Marine Corps League extended a thank you to Murphy’s Gun Show for supporting the Marine Corps League and the brothers in the Combat Veterans MC Association.
