KINGMAN – The Kingman Veterans Treatment Court proudly hosted its second annual Veterans Court Bowling Tournament on Saturday, August 3, at Cerbat Lanes. The event brought together veterans from the U.S. Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and Navy for a friendly yet spirited competition among fellow servicemembers.
Participants included current Veterans Treatment Court members, alumni, volunteer mentors, and members of the court team. Players were grouped according to their respective branches of service. For the second year in a row, the Marine Corps earned top honors, taking home the tournament trophy.
Kingman City Magistrate Jeffrey Singer, who oversees the Veterans Treatment Court, called the event an overwhelming success. “It’s always fun to see the Veterans team up and represent their branch of service,” said Judge Singer. “I think events like these are important in fostering camaraderie and teamwork amongst the Vets and help to build bonds outside of the courtroom.”
The tournament reflects the court’s continued commitment to supporting veterans in their recovery and reintegration, creating opportunities for connection, mentorship, and growth within the local veteran community.
