Kingman residents go outdoors over the weekend

KINGMAN — Now that spring is underway, Kingman is hosting many more events outdoors. Here’s a look at some of the events that Kingman residents participated in this weekend. 

Chillin’ on Beale kicks off season

The 2025 season for “Chillin’ on Beale” has opened with a full line up of a wide variety of vehicles on display on the third Saturday of April through October.  All sorts of conveyances begin finding parking spots along Beale Street between First and Grandview Avenue for the event. 

Many show up for Day of Caring cleanup

The Hoage Family joined a small group of community volunteers and street maintenance workers early on a chilly Saturday morning to beautify a part of Kingman by picking up trash along a section of Andy Devine-Route 66.

Home and Garden show appears at fairgrounds

The Kingman Home and Garden Show made its spring appearance at the fairgrounds with nearly 70 vendors.  The event was held to highlight and promote local businesses.  The fairgrounds will be hosting a carnival this weekend.
