KINGMAN – The City of Kingman and Mohave County invite the public to attend the upcoming Water Sustainability and Drought Contingency Plan Task Force meeting on Wednesday, October 15, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Mohave County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 700 West Beale Street in Kingman.
The task force will continue discussions on updates to the region’s Drought Contingency Plan, including findings from the stakeholder drought vulnerability assessment and the latest data on metrics and monitoring from the University of Arizona’s Agriculture Extension. Members will also explore new partnering opportunities and upcoming public outreach efforts to engage the community in sustainable water management practices.
Residents, stakeholders, and members of the public are encouraged to attend and take part in this important conversation about Kingman’s long-term water future.
