DOLAN SPRINGS — Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a set of human remains that were located in Dolan Springs. On August 26, 2021, Detectives responded to a residence in the 17000 block of North Dr. for a call of human remains located. The homeowner was breaking up a concrete slab on the property when the remains were located underneath the concrete.

SIU Detectives have created a DNA profile for the unidentified victim and are now attempting to locate potential family members of the deceased who may be able to provide DNA for comparison. The comparative DNA will be used to assist in identifying the victim. According to autopsy results, the victim was approximately 45-65 years old at the time of death, 5’6”-5’10” tall, had dark brown hair, no distinct dental work, and is believed to be Hispanic. Detectives estimate that the male subject was killed between 2010 and 2018.

Anyone that has information about this incident or knows someone who may fit the description of the deceased, please contact our Special Investigations Unit at 928-753-0753 ext. 4408.
