Ghost town residents get food relief

CHLORIDE – Desert Wonder Tours partnered with the Salvation Army, Sonoran Prevention Works and volunteers to distribute 57 food boxes to Chloride, a small mining ghost town.

Chloride’s citizens have been without food bank services for weeks with the added loss of the lone store in the town which has been shut down due to shortages. Desert Wonder Tours, a local tour company originating from Laughlin, Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Las Vegas and Kingman, is shuttered but not inactive during the pandemic and looks forward to resuming exciting adventures for its clients when the pandemic ends.

Visit Desert Wonder Tours website at www.desertwondertours.com or call for more information 928-716-2046.
