Free self defense seminar offered for domestic violence survivors

If you are or have been a victim of domestic violence, you have to the opportunity to attend a free self defense seminar sponsored by Kingman Force on Force on Sunday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This seminar will cover mental and physical self-defense techniques, how to fight back using your body as a weapon, how to ask for help and to survive physically and mentally violent attacks.
