
LAKE HAVASU CITY – Four Lake Havasu City residents have been arrested following a multiple-month investigation of suspected drug sale activity at a home in the 1600 block of Avalon Avenue. A search of the residence was conducted Tuesday, February 11.
“Detectives along with the assistance of the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s newest K-9 ‘Rocky,’ located a usable amount of methamphetamine, a usable amount of marijuana, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia, in addition to several firearms,” said police spokesman Chris Angus.
Angus said 59-year-old Craig Stuart, Lake Havasu, is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. 70-year-old Grant Foley, Lake Havasu, is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm during a drug offense.
49-year-old Teresa Mitchell, Lake Havasu, is charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.63-year-old Jerry Soyland, Parker, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
