TOPOCK — The 11th annual River Rat Motorsports Desert Tromp Poker Run is ready to rock the desert on November 7 and 8. A staple in the off-road and local nonprofit communities for over a decade, the Desert Tromp continues its mission as a fun, family-friendly event.
Taking place on BLM land at Needles Mountain Road off I-40 (Exit 2)in Topock, the event features a guided Jeep Fun Run on Friday, and an Off-Road Poker Run on Saturday. Other highlights include camping, a treasure hunt for the kids, live music by Midnight Rebel, gun raffle, silent auction and more. All proceeds will go toward enhancing fire and EMS services through the Golden Shores Fire Department Auxiliary. Details and registration is online at DesertTromp.com.
