Desert Riders put on Seventh Annual Toy Run

KINGMAN – On Sunday, Dec. 15, the Desert Road Riders Motorcycle Club put on their 7th Toy Run. The motorcycle riders met up at American Legion Post 15 and made their way to Hooch’s Grille, with Santa leading the caravan.

There were already close to a hundred people lined up and cheering the motorcade on as they entered Hooch’s parking lot. Santa took to the front of the line, and beckoned excited children, asking them about Christmas. Area children were able to pick out a toy from a tent filled with dolls, actions figures, and board games.

The Desert Road Riders hosted a similar event – their 29th Annual Toy Run – in Bullhead City on Monday, Dec. 9.
