LAKE HAVASU CITY – Any general contractors interested in bidding on Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation projects should contact Holly Morin, Grants Administrator, at 928-854-0711. Contractors must meet the following criteria:
· All Contractors must be licensed and insured
· All Contractors must be in good standing with the Registrar of Contractors
· All Contractors must have a valid City business license
· All Contractors must have an IRS Tax ID (EIN) and a DUNS Number
All contractors on the list of qualified and approved Contractors are notified via email of any bid invitation.
The CDBG Program is a federally funded program, administered by Lake Havasu City.
