Longtime Kingman attorney Bill Porter passes

His friends and family are mourning the death of longtime Kingman attorney Bill Porter. Kingman police confirm that Porter was found deceased inside his Kingman apartment at mid-morning Wednesday. Porter was 76 years old and it is believed he died of natural causes. Foul play is not suspected. Porter formerly operated the William C. Porter law office in downtown Kingman and he had a love of law and history. He was heavily committed to civic organizations and his involvements included the Arizona Historical Society, Kingman Regional Medical Center and the Mohave Museum.
