Several weeks ago, we had the greatest snowfall that I have seen since moving to Kingman ten years ago. With as much as sixteen inches of snow recorded, the temperatures dropped accordingly. The fresh, brilliant white snow brought a cleanness that was undisturbed for a short amount of time. Its beauty was unparalleled. I am quite sure that many of you have heard the story of how Kingman was started. It seems that a wagon train of the early settlers were cross through on their way to California when the Arizona winds began to blow harder than usual.
