KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man who was killed and provided additional details as it conducts an independent investigation of an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) incident. Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the man who died following a multiple hour Wednesday morning standoff in Kingman is Jason Peters, 45, Kingman. KINGMAN – Her chilling, blood-curdling screams pierced a Mohave County courtroom as a Kingman woman’s attacker was sent to the Arizona Department of Corrections Thursday. Their home security surveillance system captured 43-year-old Brian Crossland’s brutal assault of his long-time partner in their Kingman home on Golf Drive on May 13.
