KINGMAN – The Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center (KHAC) monthly movie will be held Friday, April 3 at 6 p.m. The movie will be Twentieth Century from 1934, starring John Barrymore, Carole Lombard, and Walter Connolly. Steve Conn will provide historical and behind the scenes commentary before the movie starts. A $2 donation goes toward center programs. Popcorn, snacks and drinks will be available. MOHAVE COUNTY – The victim/witness advocate program administered by the Mohave County Attorney’s office is always looking for citizen volunteers to support its mission throughout northwest Arizona. Advocates frequently assist those who experience tragic loss or are victimized by crime. “We walk into people’s trauma at the worst time in their lives. One of our jobs is to understand and recognize that trauma and help the victim through it,” said Tiffany Barker, Volunteer Coordinator. “These are the very people who’ve been held at gunpoint, robbed, raped, assaulted, kidnapped and murdered. Faith Nielsen of Kingman will be taking part in Ripon College’s production of “Comedy of Errors.” The production with be taking place March 4th-7th in the Benstead Theatre in the CJ Rodman Center for the Arts.
