Drivers should allow extra travel time and plan for delays  The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for overnight lane restrictions and intermittent closures on State Route 68 in Golden Valley near Kingman  for the construction of a raised median between Bacobi and Verde roads, beginning Monday, Aug. 16. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall. Work will begin at Bacobi Road. Project work restrictions will occur overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday evenings through Friday mornings. KINGMAN – The Airport and Industrial Park Advisory Commission is seeking to fill an open Commissioner position. The Commission meets every 3rd Monday at 3 pm in the City Council Chambers. The Commission advises the Kingman City Council on airport and industrial park issues and promotes activities and development at the Kingman Municipal Airport and Industrial Park. All applicants must reside within the Kingman city limits.
