BOULDER CITY – The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking public comments on the development of an environmental assessment to improve portions of Willow Beach Road. The NPS, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is proposing to repair the deteriorated roadway. The road has reached the end of its serviceable life, and a segment of the road is located within a wash and prone to repeat flash flooding. BULLHEAD CITY – The Cost-of-Living Index (COLI) Annual Average Data report for the second quarter of 2019 was just released and Bullhead City is once again the most affordable city in Arizona and one of the most affordable cities in the nation.
