Billy J. Rackley

Billy J. Rackley, Jr., age 50, left this earth on March 8, 2025. Billy was born to Bill and Lily Rackley on September 21, 1974.

Billy grew up in Gilbert, Arizona attended school there and graduated from Gilbert High School in 1992.  He married his wife Deena Duey in October 1996. They had a wonderful 28 years together and enjoyed raising their  three amazing children. They made many happy and fun memories as a family, Billy enjoyed family time and looked forward to relaxing weekends together.

Billy had many jobs and was  a very hardworking and dedicated employee, sometimes holding down 2 jobs at a time to support his family. He has worked at Red Mountain Machinery, Desert Construction, Stockton Hill Feed, Guardian, Praxair, Mohave County, Tractor Supply, K and M Hay Hauling, Angle Homes and the job he was most proud of Empire Southwest where he worked his way up to Account Manager, he made so many friends with both coworkers and customers.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lily Rackley,as well as, his mother in law Peggy Duey.

He leaves behind his wife Deena, children Trey Rackley (Cadence Raleigh), Kira Rackley (Nathan Jones), Delaney Rackley and his precious dog Bailey.

As well as many family members and friends who will feel his loss for their lifetime.

Services for Billy will be held on Saturday March 29 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 3180 Rutherford, Kingman, Arizona at 11:00 a.m.
