MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave Community College Bighorns Booster Club is excited to announce its upcoming Reverse Raffle fundraiser. The event aims to raise vital funds to support student-athletes and ensure that the college continues to provide a top-tier soccer program.
The Reverse Raffle is a fun and exciting twist on the traditional raffle format. Instead of drawing for a grand prize at the beginning, ticket holders have the chance to be the last name drawn, winning the ultimate prize. Tickets are available for purchase at $50 and can be bought by visiting Athletics.Mohave.edu/Reverse-Raffle. Booster Club members, coaches and members of MCC will also be selling raffle tickets.
“By participating in this exciting reverse raffle, you’re not only giving yourself a chance to win amazing prizes, but you’re also helping to support our student-athletes and the growth of Mohave Community College athletics,” said Michael Quinn, Bighorns Booster Club member. “Every ticket sold directly impacts both soccer programs, providing the resources needed for success both on and off the field. It’s a great way to make a difference, have fun and be part of something special that strengthens our community.”
The Reverse Raffle will feature a grand prize of $2,500! The live drawing will be held 6-9 PM April 17 on MCC’s YouTube channel. The event will be live streamed where viewers can potentially see their number get chosen, hear from student athletes and booster members. This engaging session will provide an inside look at the dedication, challenges and achievements student athletes have faced.
All proceeds from the Reverse Raffle will directly benefit the college’s soccer student-athletes, helping them thrive both academically and athletically. Sports fans or those looking to make an impact, this event promises to be a memorable evening of fun, prizes and community spirit.
