Big Industrial, LLC., a National Industrial Real Estate Investment Firm has acquired the 620,000 sq. ft. Knauf Insulation Facility located in the Kingman Airport Industrial Park and will offer it for lease to regional and national firms. Dan Smith, SIOR, said, “We have been invested in the Kingman area for nearly 20 years so when this property became available it made strategic sense to acquire, upgrade and offer it to the manufacturing/warehousing community for regional projects considering an alternative southern California option in Arizona.”
