The first of five defendants charged through an investigation of suspected drug sales from a home in Bullhead City avoided further jail time during a March 28 sentencing hearing in Kingman Thursday. A Bullhead City man suffering from schizophrenia and gender identity disorders is being given a chance to get mental health treatment while on probation rather than be sent to prison. Mohave County Court Commissioner Billy Sipe placed Dean Randall, 30, on probation for three years when he could have imposed up to 14 years in prison during a March 29 sentencing hearing. Crime was committed in Game Management Unit 18B  The Arizona Game and Fish Department is seeking information about the recent poaching of a mule deer near Bagdad, Ariz.
